The Somali Media Association SOMA (EX NETWORK 2013) strongly condemns the murder of Radio Shabelle journalist in Mogadishu. Abdi Aziz Mohamed Ali Haghi, a producer at Radio shabelle was killed in Mogadishu’s Yaqshid district on Tuesday 27 September 2016 around 6:00 PM. Unknown gunmen shot the journalist several times on the head and chest before they escaped the scene using a tuktuk. The journalist died on the spot.
